      Try the following:

Click start / Run / type: notepad
Type inside notepad the value: 240

      Click on File, Save as
Change the "save as type:" to All Files (*.*)
      Type in the filename: %temp%\sver.dat
      Save the file

      Now
      Click start / Run / type: %temp%
You will have a windows that will open pointing to your temporary folder
      Search for the file sver.dat
Right click with the mouse on that file and select "Properties"
In the general Tab, add a check box in the attributes Read-Only
      click on Ok

Open silkroad installer and install silkroad.
When you are done, delete the file sver.dat

      ----
Make sure you haven't saved the file as sver.dat.txt
You can do in windows explorer Alt+t or click on the Tool menu
Folder Option / View / Uncheck hide extensions for known file types

i'll uninstall visual studio may be its the problem, if didn't work, i may reinstall my windows and see...

[Auto-merge] This was added 32 minutes later:

as i expected, the visual studio was the reason of the problem, facking microsoft products -.-
